Online Registration

Online registrations must be submitted by Friday, February 5th, 2010 at 11:30 P.M.
You will need to pay a minimum of $60 of your total cost during online registration using e-check (EFT)*, debit card, or credit card.

*e-checks are preferred, as they do not incur a credit card transaction fee for us and don't put you in debt.

You may also register by filling out a registration form mailed to the address on the form postmarked no later than Friday, February 5th, 2010. Your paper registration should include your registration form and your nonrefundable registration fee of $60 (or payment in full) Please make checks payable to IVCF.

Scholarships

Students may qualify for the Scholarship Package by speaking with their InterVarsity Staff Worker to receive a coupon code which is to be entered during the online registration process. If you need the $10 scholarship, please contact your staff person.

For further scholarship help, speak with your staff and/or fellowship leaders as other scholarships may be available for those who can demonstrate financial responsiblity and the need for assistance.

Cost

There are several conference packages:

• Early Bird Discount Package - $110 Available to students who register BEFORE December 24, 2009.
• Standard Package - $120 The standard student cost.
• Scholarship Package - $110 For those who honestly need a scholarship. To use this option, you need a coupon code given to you by your staff worker.
• "Help a Student” Package - $140 This package is for those willing to help support the cost of scholarships.
  

Note: $60 Registration Fee
A $60 non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee is required with your registration. This amount is included in the total cost of the package you select.

Additional Costs
Although not required, we encourage you to budget money for the following costs not included in the conference packages:

• Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday;
• Books (there will be a booktable with some great books at great prices);
• IFES offering - We will take an offering for one of our sister chapters in the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students.
